This certainly bodes well for Altech's Silumina Anodes project that involves coating silicon with alumina for inclusion in lithium-ion batteries. With the pilot plant in Germany fully constructed and in the final stages of commissioning, Altech is moving towards producing commercial samples of the Silumina Anodes product for providing to potential customers that Altech has already signed up, including some of the biggest automobile manufacturers in the world! Exciting times.
